that's not healthy.... you should eat around 3 main meals everyday..... try eating more fruits and vegetables

eating just a bowl of cereal isn't healthy :-/

You will not loose healthy. Your body will think it is starving and do weird things. Best to eat 3-4 small meals a day that includes a little bit of meat and fresh vegies. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day and cut out all sugar. Maybe even walk 20 minutes 2 X a day every day.

You'll probably loose a kg or two a week for a while, but then your body will start to "shut down". It will think that there isn't any food available, so instead of burning the energy (food) that you eat, your body will start to store it. Your metabolism needs to be fed less MORE often, then it will work faster and you'll loose weight the healthy way! Oh, and exercise too.

Not an ounce, in fact you'll gain weight. Eating a decent sized breakfast in the morning starts up the metabolism and encourages your body to burn fat.

If you want to lose weight eat less at night.

Definately not healthy ... look to a more balanced diet if you want to lose weight ... actually ... your far from even being close to overwieght ... how do I know ... I'm 6 foot and have a problem maintaining that weight. Talk to your doctor about what a good diet for you would be. To skinny is just as bad and just as unhealthy as being to fat.

Perhaps youll loose four pounds the first two days....maybe 10 pounds that week, but ull also be Extremely unhealthy, will probably faint, could kill yourself by going into a coma......or worse......your goal to lose weight would never come true because ull be ruining ur metabolism and even lettuce will cause you to gain weight! contact me if u want my diet (im 5ft6 weighed 160 pounds, now i weigh 128) hope that helps!!

You will lose a lot of weight and also cause a lot of electrolyte imbalances in your body. You need to consult your doctor and he will give you the recommended portions of a healthy diet without sacrificing your health.

you'll lose your health, that is an apalling diet to have, even if you are trying to lose weight. Any weight you do lose will go back on imediatly as your body will have gone into starvation mode and will slow your metabolism

Who cares. Good Diet + excercise will give you the sexy body you want. No one wants a flat boring butt, get in there and do some squats!
