She's already told you her wishes, so respect them. Just be a friend of hers and be sincere with her. You cannot force someone to be your g/f if she has no desire to be one.
As she's just a friend, she is free to choose whom she wants to go out with, right?
If you still feel you want to try your luck with her, then be patient with her. Show your concern for her, respect her wishes and her values, consult her to show you value her opinion, communicate often with her. Then see where you stand. If she's meant to be yours, she will come to you.
In the meantime, you are also free to make other friends. This will enable you to widen your circle of friends and choice of future partner, right?

I understand that you are having friendship with a girl who has some guy. It is natural for you to feel jealous but think pragmatically one girl canot have relation with two boys. It is neither ethical nor advisable medically or socially. In my view without feeling emotional you ask the girl to select either of you. If she goes for the other guy don't feel hurt. World is big there is always someone for you. Wish you good luck.

just forget about her, i believed many must be chasing after you. dont forget women are like slippers you can change one any time you wish to do so. as a man you are the owner of the remote control unless if you don't know the tricks.
