This 7-day eating plan can be used as often as you like. If correctly followed, it will clean out your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being. After only 7 days of this process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 pounds and possibly 17 pounds, and experience an abundance of energy.
SOUP:
1 or 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
3 large bunches green onions
1 large can of beef or chicken broth (no fat)
1 pkg. Lipton Soup mix (chicken noodle) use entire package (noodles ok)
1 bunch of celery
2 cans or fresh green beans
2 lbs. Carrots
2 Green Bell Peppers
Cut veggies in small to medium pieces and cover with water. Boil fast for 10 minutes and add Lipton Soup mix, reduce heat. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1 Tablespoon chili powder or curry. You can also add hot sauce or
Worcestershire sauce to suit your taste. Experiment. Simmer and continue to cook until veggies are just tender. Chop fresh parsley or Cilantro and add after you turn off heat if desired.
This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry during the week. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. This soup will not add calories. The more you eat, the more you will lose. You may want to fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away during the day.
DRINKS:
Unsweetened juices
Tea (also herbal)
Coffee
Cranberry juice
Skim milk
Water, water, water
DAY ONE
Any fruit (except bananas). Cantaloupes and watermelon are lower in calories than most other fruits. Eat only soup and fruit today.
DAY TWO
All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with fresh raw, cooked or canned veggies. Try to eat green leafy veggies and stay away from dry beans, peas or corn. Eat veggies along with the soup. At dinnertime tonight reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter. Don't eat any fruits through today.
DAY THREE
Eat all the soup, fruit and veggies you want. Do not have a baked potato. If you have eaten as above for three days and not cheated, you should find that you have lost 5-7 pounds.
DAY FOUR
Bananas and skim milk: Eat at least 3 bananas and drink as much milk as you can today, along with the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, as is the milk but on this particular day, your body will need the potassium and carbs. Proteins and calcium to lessen the cravings for sweets.
DAY FIVE
Beef and tomatoes: you may have 10 to 20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes, or as many as 6 tomatoes on this day. Eat the soup at least once today.
DAY SIX
Beef and veggies, eat to your heart's content of the beef and veggies today. You can even have 2-3 steaks if you like with green leafy veggies but no baked potato. Be sure to eat the soup at least once today.
DAY SEVEN
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and veggies, again, be sure to stuff yourself and eat the soup. You can add cooked veggies to your rice if you wish.
By the end of the 7th day, if you have not cheated on this diet, you should have lost 10 to 17 pounds. If you have lost more than 17 pounds, stay off the diet for two days before resuming the diet again.
This diet is fast. The secret lies within the principle that you will burn more calories than you take in. It will flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being. This diet does not lend itself to drinking any alcoholic beverages at any time. Because of the fat build-up in your system. Go off the diet at least 14 hours before any intake of alcohol.
Due to the variety of digestive systems in individuals, this diet will affect everyone differently. After day three, you will have more energy than when you began, if you do not cheat. After being on the diet for several days, you will find that your bowel movements have changed. Eat a cup of bran or fiber. Although you can have black coffee with this diet, you may find that you don't need caffeine after the third day.
The basic fat burning soup can be eaten anytime you feel hungry during the seven days. Eat as much as you wish. Remember the more you eat, the more you will lose. You can eat broiled, boiled or baked chicken instead of the beef. Absolutely no skin on the chicken. If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef on only one of the beef days. You need the high protein in the beef for the other days.
Continue on the diet as long as you wish and feel the difference both mentally and physically.
DO NOT - DO NOT
No bread, alcohol, carbonated drinks (including diet drinks). Remember, absolutely no fried foods.
DO - DO - DO - DO
Drink plenty - at least 6 to 8 glasses - of water a day, as well as any combination of the following beverages: black coffee, unsweetened fruit drinks, cranberry juice and skim milk.

POSSIBLE.....
My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Okay, I think in pounds, so I had to convert that. Okay, 10 kgs is like the equivalent of 22 pounds. There is no way you could lose that much in just two weeks. No way. But you gradually and more importantly healthfully, by doing the following things.
1) Lower your daily calorie intake by 500
2) Do cardio exercises 30-40 minutes a day, 5-6 times a week
3) Cut your fat intake, increase your protein intake.
4) Drinks lots of water.
These things will never fail you if you apply the discipline and determination. Good luck and be safe about your weight loss!

Hey Ameila, i have the answer but you may not like it. In all honesty, you cannot lose hardly any weight in 2 weeks. In order to see some results it would take around 3 or 4. I go to the gym everyday and eat right everyday and have been doing it for 2 years now. Your body isnt going to transform that quick but your best bet is to eat right, do lots of cardio EVERYDAY and stay active in some way. Now when i say eat right of course i mean lots of salads and veggies but there is more to it than that. Eat fresh fruits but only 1 serving per day. Fruits have lots of sugar in it and your body stores sugar which turns into fat. For protein, chicken and fish is good but if you eat chick cut it in half. Your only aloud 3 oz. of that per day. No cheese because thats what causes love handles but make sure you drink a cup of milk for your dairy intake. So basically, protein with every meal (chicken or fish, nothing fried or skin on it) and a veggie and salad. Cut your portions in half and eat more often. Say you eat 3 meals a day.... Cut each meal in half and eat 5 or 6. This way you have a higher metabolism level and are burning fat throughout most of the day. When you exercise you need atleast 30 minutes of cardio each day( riding a bike, running). Also, pills dont work but after you run or workout you can take a protein shake called whey protein. You can get it from walmart or a health store. They come in big red and black cans. Take 1 scoop and mix it with half a bottle of water. Eating right(the right way), cardio and protein shake will do the trick. Let me know how it goes. Good Luck!!!!!

I'm sure I don't have to remind you of potential hazzards for rapid weight loss? On that note I have tried a few diets that seemed healthy enough for me. The grapefruit diet which did work for me but it took time! www.webterrace.com/fad/grape.htm . The other and more sensible one is to eat smaller meals six times per day. When I say meals I am saying like things healthy. A light breakfast, mid morning snack (healthy) A light lunch, mid afternoon snack, a light dinner and a small snack by 7pm. No eating after 7 simply because we tend to do less activity wise then. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, it's a good filler! Hey, it's great to want to loose some weight and even better to be able to get down to what we once were BUT you have to do it slow. Go to your reunion with your head up high knowing that you are still the same person you were back then only much Smarter! Good Luck!

A tough challenge. All depends on what your starting point is. If you really got aggressive about it you could probably drop 5%. That would mean that if 10kg is your goal to drop then if you weigh about 200 it might be doable.
What I suggest is the following:
1. 1 hour two times a day of aggressive aerobic excersize. Running or brisk walking.
2. Low carbohydrate diet ie no bread, pasta, potatoes, beans
3. High protein intake fish, chicken
4. limit calories to 1000 per day
5. Most important - see your doctor to check out what's ok with you. Ask if he can prescribe a diuretic to get rid of fluids in the body
Good luck

well if you don't care about the health affects then just injest water for the next 2 weeks and run as much as possible. If you do care about the health affects, then still run as much as possible and drink water, but also eat small quantities like a salad with NO dressing and a piece of grilled chicken, and also try to do some mild weight training. Remember that water takes more energy to break down than it gives you, but your body also needs it. Oh yeah and eat a banana like a half hour before running to prevent cramps.

although you shouldnt have left losing weight til the last TWO WEEKS, i feel for you ;) i guess you could just eat a meal replacement bar and a glass of skim milk for breakfast lunch and dinner...nothing else. try a bar thats high in protein and make sure to take vitamin supplements. Oh and make sure the bars ur eating dont have more than 200 calories..some have WAY too much. that way, youll be getting round 800 calories (which is what i believe nicole richie's doing, whatever she's thinking!) OR you could do that Orange juice diet, its called The Hollywood diet. you just drink that stuff that looks like orange juice and your 'SUPPOSED' to lose 10 pounds in 2 days?? ....dont believe it myself but its worth a shot. Please dont starve urself cuz you wont loose that way. oh and dont do exercises where you build muscle cuz that buffs you up which you dont want. walk alot, dont forget to drink water so u dont pass out. i think you could loose 18 pounds in two weeks if you work hard! GOOD LUCK!! i hope you look fantastic!

Wow! That would be so impossible. Unless you take a prescribed medicine for losing weight. Do try not eating after six in the evening. Avoid foods rich in carbohydrates. c",)

Drink water, water, water. Plain veggies no butter or salt, herbs okay. 800 cal day to be safe, 500 will really do it. Lean turkey, chicken, or fish. Exercise 2 hours a day and don't forget to warm up and stretch. If you get dizzy drink Gatorade.
