I need to find a REALLY good website/program/etc. for learning Japanese. I know a little bit already, like I can read it (except for Kanji) and know some basic sentence structure. I just need to find something to help me get better at it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Try Rosetta stone software!
Plus you can download it for free just check www.piratebay.org
Hopefully the Japanese version is available...I used it to learn some Arabic...it really works if you need to learn something fast. Also recommended by my brothers college professor. I think it includes alphabet and some sentence structure but not alot.

Easy!!! Go for "tandem sessions." Place an ad somewhere public (a college, main library or so) and advertise that you are teaching English to a native Japanese speaker willing to improve her or his English skills.
I've done it for both French and Nihongo...it's great PAL. Go for it, you'll love it and it's free!!!

i'm studying japanese too in japan and this website helped me a lot for learning kanji, it's like a dictionary for kanji and compounds, i hope you like it

i picked up japanese by watching anime. they repeat alot of the same stuff and its really fun too watch. it wont help in your reading though.
