In Performance Linguistic the focus of your analysis is on speech, rather than structure. Speech either reveal or conceal the real grind of deep structures upon which communities and/or speakers build their linguistic performances.

I'm a linguist. I'm definitely familiar with the concept of "performance", but I'm not aware of anything called "performance analysis". Perhaps you took this phrase out of a larger context that would help us to understand better. Could you add more detail, please?
