Can you restore edited pictures to thier orignal unedited state?

best thing to do when editing is to save as a copy of original
instead of as the original

To preserve the orig. after edit: use SAVE AS instead of just Save. It will ask for a new file name and you will have both copies, the orig. and the edit version.
