my Age is 19 and my hight is 5"5 i wanna be tall how can it be ? what should i do ..

Some physical traits like height is genetically inclined. Like if your parents are both tall..chances are you will also be tall. If the tall genes run in the family..then you need no food to make you tall. BUT there are certain hormonal medicines that can help boost out that factor and make even more taller. You can ask an Endocrinologist for that. For a healthy body, go for fruits and veggies. Green leafy vegatables are good for the production of blood. Also do some exercise to improve the circulation. At 19 you're probably not going to grow much more. You can add weight and muscle by eating high protien foods and going to the gym.

Personally I never could be bothered. At 5'5" myself with a fast metabolism, I'd practically have to live to eat and exercise to change my shape. The good news is that at 40+ I'm still thin.

Don't worry about it. There have been loads of successful short people in history, Churchill, Nelson, Napoleon, being short can make you really determined, plus tall people tend to underestimate you, which can give you a real advantage!

eat alot of raw vegetables, such as broccoli, avacadoes and others get a veriety of different colored vegetables also eat nuts all nuts are good accept peanuts, almonds and almondbutter are very good. Also drink water and workout. Do not eat sugar sugar will make you skinny it destroy's alot of muscle tissue.Eat whole grains, nuts,and vegetables very little fruit. Fruit is good but to much fruit will make you lose weight.

do the toe touching exercise ... u will grow tall.
eat banana and ragi powder you will get strength and mass also.
you can join a gym and eat supplements like creatine+megamass. you will fing the effect in 15 days

You should try some sports:especially voleyball or basketball, to grow in height!And to grow in weight you should rich meals and lots of sweeties!

you are now at your adult height, please be proud with who you are. Short or tall, it really doesn't matter. If you look around, you will most likely find more young men shorter than you.
