Make yourself a whole wheat honey, jelly and peanut butter sandwich - it tastes delicious and will soak up the alcohol. It's best to eat it immediately after your drinking stops to avoid the hangover the next morning. If you wake up and you're miserable, try to eat carbs - and drink a lot of water to hydrate yourself.

I always heard that if you eat lots of bread it will soak up the alcohol. Take an aspirin before you go to bed so you won't have a headache in the morning, and as for hangovers, bloody marys or good ole' carbonated beverages. Hope this helped. :)

Eat something to balance out your blood alcohol level. Sleep it off. Drink lots of water for hangovers. They are mostly dehydration.

Run around naked in fresh air outside for a half hour and then drink two raw eggs with a dash of ketchup, that's the best hangover cure.

Apart from not drinking in the first place......lol......Yes I do...
Alcohol depletes your body of sugar. That is why you get dizzy and drunk. So either drink a glass of water in between each drink to help prolongue drunkness, or drink cooldrink that is high in sugar content like coca cola, or keep a substance with you called dextrose, that you can buy at a pharmacy. Works very well. Good luck and dont over do it............

You take a lemon, cut a hole in it, pour salt in it, take a drink. take a shot of the lemon, repeat. You won't have a hangover the next day.

of course, don't drink but if you do: LOTS of water, at least 4-6 16oz bottles. depending on how much you drink. No, medications, like Tylenol or IBU or anything should be taken either. Recks the Liver more.
