It really depends on how much you eat at one time.. Samosas are 1. fried. 2.potato stuffed. Both of these actors make them fattening. If you are calorie concious and careful about keeping your weight under check, you would want to keep their intake low. on an average one piece would give about 126 calories.. 6.6 grams of fat...

i do't think so because i like samosas and eat it a lot but still i am smart...the main reason of fatness is eat & sleep.

Jab thak samosa me hai alu , thab thak Bihar mei hai Lalu.---Potato is starch and if u eat tooooo many of them u can gain wt.

Depends on how they are made, what filling they have, and how many you eat.

More oil, more fat.
