Hm..going to bangkok and pattaya.
Bangkok is capital city and very humid and hot city so you'd need
- No sleeve top
- Sandals
- Sun lotion
- Thai phrase book
You can buy all these in bangkok anyway so dont worry about what to bring with you.

Pattaya is the beach place and you know the thing you have to bring when you're going to beach, right but the beach there is not so quiet you might knew already. Lots of people, lots of things to buy, just have a look for yourself and just enjoy!

Pattaya beach is not beautiful anymore compared with Phuket / phi phi island in phuket is a lot more beautiful, Pattaya is far too many people. Lots of places in Thailand is more beautiful than Pattaya.

And if you have chance to go to Grand Palace and temples dont forget to dress polite and pay respect to the places:)

Have a great holidays!

Ask me anything about Thailand, if I can knew the answer I'll tell you.

Exchange your cash at the airport, it consistently has the better exchange rates. All the booths should be the same rate. Only change what you think you will need. The USD to THB rate is the worse it has been in years. At least at this part of the year. If you still need Baht during your stay, go to Mah Boon Khram center or MBK center and go to one of the currency exchange booths. They seem to have the next best rates and sometimes better than at the airport. How much money to bring? Depends on your activities. If you shop alot then you have to budget yourself. Food should cost from USD 2 up to USD 20 per meal depending your tastes and your requirements. Don't shy away from the hotel food unless you know it is bad. it's a safe haven. I end up eating only 2 meals a day most time. The heat for me, makes me drink so much fluids that you don't eat that much. So food per day can cost USD 5 or less or more depending. Japanese food is expensive and not all that great. If you can take the Skytrain and subway, cost per day maybe USD 2.00, there is a 100 THB day card for the skytrain, you can ride anywhere on their system all day up to about 23:30, so you can shop at MBK or go towars the Chao Phraya and all along Sukhumvit. Emporium etc. The subway runs primarily north and south and it's about 8 THB per station or something. If you have to travel north-south then get a card for 200 THB and that is good till you use it up and if you return 6 months later the balance might be still on it. Use taxis sparingly, the traffic has gotten worse. Their cost is from 60 THB to 120 THB or USD 1.50 or USD 3.00. It's not the cost it is the time lost waiting at signals and in traffic. You might try the Tuk Tuk's but, I would not suggest it for a woman. As for shopping, you could go with an empty suitcase but, depending on your tastes, clothes there are cheap, authentic name brand sells for almost the same price as the United States. Pratunam or Watergate area, MBK center, Siam centers, and Central centers are good place. There are alot of stalls in certain places in Bangkok, they sell mostly tourist items and knock-offs. Hi-end, Siam Paragon and Emporium center. There is a King Power store in Central World Plaza is a one stop shop for souvenirs. Have fun. And yes, Q-Bar and the Bed supper club are the high end discos.

Bangkok - stay near the MRT. Bring some conservative clothes (covering arms + legs) so you can visit the Emerald Budda + Grand Palace.Take a river trip to the snake show. Shop in Patpong & take in a downmarket show. ONLY enter bars where the prices are published on a blackboard outside. Stick to the main strip and stay out of the back streets. Go to the main Cultural Show (the hotel can book for you). Go to the upmarket Bed restaurant (you eat on a bed) - the hotel can book.

Pattaya - parasail on the beach + seafood restaurant on the beachfront.

Paris is a city of neighborhoods or possibly the optimum heavily touristy arrondissement has community human beings, community shops, an area highway marketplace, and cafes the region community human beings bypass. My opinion is that the belief some component it fairly is "out of ways" is via some capacity greater suitable actually merely would not carry water. A boulangerie everywhere contained interior the city shouldn't stay open on the purchases of vacationers. If its there its by actuality community voters are paying for his or her baguettes there daily. Bars and cafes could be quite diverse yet merely walk alongside the area streets to locate some component removed from the optimum tourist haunts. The crux of the undertaking is to get regular at places. The 0.33 or fourth time you you purchase bread at a diverse bakery or have a cup of coffee on a similar cafe you will possibly finally finally end up greeted as a often happening. Its that have of belonging, of being area of the community, this is the essence of Parisian lifestyles. there is, in diverse words, no reason to stay in some inconvenient area to have an exact Parisian adventure.

Bring comfortable wear - it can get pretty humid. Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for lots of walking and shopping.

You have to be prepared to bargain at most shopping places except for majot departmental stores where prices are fixed. There are lots to buy and shop for.

Food - i would advise not to try road side stalls in case your stomach is not able to take it. Stick to shops and proper dining places.

Travel - take their BTS (train system) if possible, it is easy and convenient. If you have to take their Tut-Tuts, remember to bargain before getting in. If you are taking taxis, make sure they go by the meter.

Pattaya - Beach resort so bring swim wear if you intend to play any of their water sports.

Have fun!
