3 /4 days max. It will start to dry out so what I suggest you do is wrap it in cling wrap before putting it in the fridge or break it inot small pieces and put it in a tupperware box. That way it will stay longer.

If refrigerated coconuts can last 2 days.
If you keep it in the fridge, make sure you cover it with
cling film airtight.

y would u wanna use the unused portions? jsut throw it out.

It last for quite a long time but it will eventually go bad like in three months depending on well you package it up.

It will start to discolour and turn rancid after about three days....best to launch it in the bin then.
