if someone can make a living selling fake goods is it ok to do

There are different grades of fake. There are fake diamonds for example. Some people can't afford real ones so buy glass or another clear mineral. As long you don't lie about what it really is then it's fine.

Then there's the other fake which is made purely for deception. This is wrong and may get you into serious trouble.

Yeah it's very wrong. Don't sell fake goods to avoid penalty from the government. You can ask an assistance from the government concerned to sell either entrepreneur in order to live.

it's wrong to do such thing. first that certain person is destroying the image and quality of the "true" product, the company might sue him if they'll learned it. a people can earn a living in a fair and honest way.

Only if they are advertised CLEARLY to the customer that they are replicas, copies etc, but not if your are trying to pass them off as the real thing....that's fraud!

I think it wrong if the buyer is led to believe they are genuine articals yes.
