Men who aren't clinically psychotic don't do this. Men who do trade up in a relationship didn't seek other women. If they are getting their needs met in a relationship, men don't look for additional complications in their life. It is however a common trait of women in a relationship to constantly avaluate their mate against other men and they'll very often pursue a men while they're in a relationship.
