He began his speech, which ran over half an hour, by quoting a 14th-century Byzantine emperor, Manuel II Paleologus, in a conversation with a “learned Persian” on Christianity and Islam — “and the truth of both.”

“Show me just what Muhammad brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread the sword by the faith he preached,” the pope quoted the emperor, in a speech to 1,500 students and faculty.

He went on to say that violent conversion to Islam was contrary to reason and thus “contrary to God’s nature.”
if that pisses them off, too bad, its the truth, and has been for 700 years

The following is a statement made by the pope regarding the Quraan:
"Pope Benedict could not contain himself: He said: "in the Islamic tradition, God has given His word to Muhammad, but it's an eternal word. It's not Muhammad's word. It's there for eternity the way it is. There's no possibility of adapting it or interpreting it."

This basic difference, Pope Benedict continued, makes Islam unlike Christianity and Judaism. In the latter two religions, "God has worked through His creatures. And so, it is not just the word of God, it's the word of Isaiah, not just the word of God, but the word of Mark. He's used His human creatures, and inspired them to speak His word to the world." Jews and Christians "can take what's good" in their traditions and mold it. There is, in other words, "an inner logic to the Christian Bible, which permits it and requires it to be adapted and applied to new situations."

Whereas the Bible is, for Benedict, the "word of God that comes through a human community," he understands the Koran as "something dropped out of Heaven, which cannot be adapted or applied.""

From the above excerpt I can only conclude that the Pope believes the Quraan to be the word of God, "something dropped out of Heaven".
He also admits about the bible "permits it and requires it to be adapted and applied to new situations"

In conclusion the bible has been "adapted and applied", while the Quraan is the real, true word of God!

The pope has to make sure that Christianity grows and what better way than to make false claims about a Prophet (pbuh) which he has only heard of and knows nothing about.
Indeed, everyone will face Allah and that day they will learn the truth, except then there will be no turning back time.

This is my statement about Islam and its wicked Allah.

Allah in Islam is the Satan. Satan always work against the will of God.

God want peace on earth between all human being.
Jesus Christ said, If you have 2clothes give one to the needy. He asked the rich man to give his wealth to the poor. He asked every one to love another. he asked to give freely, So that all may be equally blessed and will be equal.

Allah asked his followers to hate those who are not Muslims. He asked to do trading. He asked only give the 5 % of ones income to the poor and needy. So that those who are needy shall remain needy, and no equity will come among human, and there would be no peace.

everyone will have to die and face their Lord and we all have to answer our God for every little word we utter. if someone lies about the other, then they have to give an answer to a bigger JUDGE SITTING ON THE THRONE ABOVE. and the REAL THRUTH will be out on Day of Judgement.

Inshallah (God Willing) when Jesus-pbuh will return, he will guide all the misguided on the right path.
