You are not suppose to lose weight when you are pregnant, just do some regular exercise like a walk in the afternoon or something. Wait till the baby born before you start on some diet to lose weight

Even if you are grossly overweight (400 pounds or more) it is dangerous to lose weight during pregnancy. If you are over 250, it may make sense to not gain anything and allow delivery to let you lose 25-35 pounds immediately, but it is never a good idea to lose weight during pregnancy as this can cause the baby to be retarded, premature, or suffer lots of weaknesses and sickly illnesses.

What a silly question! Don't be so vain as to think you can stay slim during pregnancy. Eat a healthy balanced diet and take regular low impact exercise. Losing weight during pregnancy is both irresponsible and dangerous to your baby.

trying to lose weight during exercise is not a good idea. You are supposed to put weight on so that your baby can get all the nutrients that it needs.
I best way to minimalise excessive weight gain is to keep a diet full of fresh fruit veg, calcium and meat as well as doing gentle exercise a couple of times a week. Try swimming or aqua aerobics oreven a gentle walk.

My daughtter just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and during her pregnancy her doctor had to put her on a diet. She had to watch her calorie and carb intake per day. 1500 calories a day. She had to eat 6 small meals a day at the same time everyday. She had to measure what she ate. She had to let go for awhile some of her fravorite foods and she did and she stuck to this faithfully everyday and she gave birth to a healthy baby. She wasn,t doing this to lose weight during her pregnancy she was doing this for other health reasons by her doctor. But watching your calories and carbs will help you to maintain a good weight during your pregnancy. Good luck to you and congrads to you.......

Eat sensibly, loads of fresh fruit and veg, grilled fish and chicken and keep topping up on water. Take a pregnancy multivitamin for extra calcium, folic acid and B-vitamins. The saying 'eating for two' does not imply double portions but eating, considering what the baby needs. Walking and swimming is great excercise while pregnant and keep the circulation going to reduce swelling, Good luck!

Do not diet through pregnancy although there is nothing to stop you from starting a healthy lifestyle with gentle exercise ( just make sure you consult G.P/midwife before changing or staring anything) It may make it easier to loose weight after the birth.

Actual "diets" shouldnt really be attempted whilst pregnant.
Just try to eat healthy and keep active throughout your pregnancy. You may lose weight, you may not, but it will certainly help you after you give birth.
Eat lots of fruit and veg, drink lots of water, and eat fresh fish, grilled chicken or lean steak. Try to avoid takeaways and too much junk food.

Don't ever think of that during the pregnancy. Once you deliver the baby then you can do anything to loose the weight. Happy delivery :)

Just eat sensibly.
I gained 14 pounds with my first child, when I came out of the hospital I had lost 21 pounds, so was lighter than before the pregnancy. And I lost 5 pounds with my second child.
I just ate normally.
