its not a riddle, silly
its a scientific thing about human body
when the runner reaches the end
at that moment he was on his maximum body and muscle power
if he stopped suddenly.................
all the power rate of his body will be change
the human body cant resist the sudden power change
and if it happened suddenly
there will be very negative consequences on the blood pressure
so the runner continues running a few more meters to slow down
until he stopped completely
