So long as its not getting any thinner i wouldnt worry, i go through stages of loosing loads of hair and i mean handfuls!! but its all natural, you lose somewhere between 100 - 150 strands of hair per day so dont worry!!
Another factor is have u recently had a baby in the last 6 months?? when ur pregnant u dont lose any hairs, when the baby is born a few months later all the hairs that should of been lost fall out which is pretty scary, but ur hair is just going back the way it was prior to the pregnancy. Thats why u have thick hair whilst pregnant!!

Do you have long hair? Sometimes, when it's long, you may think that you have a terrible hair loss. Iou loose a normal amount of hair, but as it's long, it looks like a lot of hair falls out. Your hair could just grow faster, so it'll fall out more often. Hair loss could be caused by stress, some diseases, some hair products, or you might be spending too little time outdoors. You could also suffer from hairloss after summer holidays, but it'll get normal soon.Lack of celene could also be a reason

That's normal. Hairs die and are replaced with new ones all the time. Many hairs accumulate on my bathroom floor in just one day. I think the largest accumulation occurs wherever you are when you tend to run your fingers through your hair. I do so in the bathroom. For some reason, when I splash water in my face to help wake me up in the morning, my hands just continue moving from my face to my scalp. If you study your actions in your bedroom, I think you'll find that it's where you tend to tend to run your fingers through your hair the most. That motion tends to loosen any hairs that have died and causes them to fall to the floor. Brushing does the same thing. Not to worry though, new hairs start growing as soon as old ones die. Just keep vacuuming.

Vitamin or nutrient deficiencies can cause this, as well as medical conditions. Also, the post-partum period and any transitions after breast-feeding (if you are female) also lead to loss of hair temporarily.
How long has this been happening?
Get a CBC and other lab work done first to rule out medical. Then, work on diet (upping the nutritional content). NIOXIN hair products help with thinning hair, as well.

Do not worry. Hair drops because of combing. You should be happy that your hair is not getting any thinner. you will find dropped hair in any bedroom or dressing room. If your hair drop and also if your hair on your head is thinning, one way of getting more hair is to massage you head with brandy before your bath, for about a week. You'll find hair growing from the dropped follicles.

My hair was falling out, every time i brushed it or washed it i was getting a hand full of hair come out.
My mums a hairdresser and said that hair tends to come out more in the summertime, but also it comes out when it needs cutting, so i had my hair cut and layered to get rid of my split ends and now i hardly get any hair coming out.
So i would recommend getting you hair cut, not just a trim, so your hair can breath again!

The majority of people who loose their hair is because of a reaction to shampoo and or a conditioner they use. No one type is good for everybody. Try out some new types and see what happens. If it still continues to fall out, go see a dermatologist.
