no layers for sure and medium lenght is good also a little long is good to .You can curl it or wear it straight and it still looks fuller that way

I also have fine hair and I like to wear mine long. So, that means I need a perm and a one length cut. Long layers are OK, but only if someone knows how to do it right.
It`s just when people layer our hair it diminishes the fullness; the more layers are added, so my suggestion is to not layer your hair.
Especially if you want it medium or long length.

i usu a product called 'thicker fuller hair'
it was sold at CVS but now I only find it on the net
also when drying your hair hang your head upside down the last several seconds, remain upside down until it cools off

basically.. for me. i have thin fine hair too.. my hair stylist asked me to blow my hair from the below so that my hair would not look as if it's stuck onto my head.. if not, u can use gel to make it have a 'messy look' .. i don't know.. hope my idea helps
