The nerves around your eye are spasming causing the eyelid to move. This is generally caused by overtiredness. It means you need to get more sleep. It is not serious unless it is constant and does not stop for long periods of time. If it comes and goes try to get some more sleep and it should stop eventually.

It's called a tic. I don't know what causes it but it will go away on its own. I've had them on the eyelid and below the eye and they went away with time.

Just plain stress can do it, or Tics that can act up from stress.

it can be caused by strain , potassium deficiency , and nerves.
You can bring up potassium levels by eating bananas. try it and see if it helps.
