I slept with her about three weeks ago, and I know it means nothing. She has a guy she loves very much, so does this make me or her a terrible person? I hope not because we became the best of friends through out these years, and I want nothing to change this. Should I quit and pretend nothing happened? THis is not a joke, I reallty need an answer?!?

Okay buddy here's how it goes. Do not engage in any more sexual relations with this boss. Don't act as if nothing happened, but don't act like you want it again...Be very laissez-faire, hands off, and remind her, gently, that she is in a relationship with someone else and you two are good friends, and that is it. That's my advice and good luck.

The answer is for shame for shame business and pleasure never shall the two meet in a solo situation ,well as you write it was three weeks ago, but you do still work there huh ',and she has a guy she profess to love well Kleenex, down the drain she doesn't love any one and her position on the job allows her to behave as the so called ,men pervert bosses, but if you accept this type of friendship from her ,then only you have to be there when her love comes around ,and you will be there at her beck and call for everything. she can think of because you have accepted ,the situation prevailing so she will do as she pleases. remember the old saying the boss is always right., well Booya. you been played lke an oldie from the movie waiting to exhale. see ya dude, on the unemployment line when they call your name. It's hard to stop having sex with her once you started.
But I don't think it makes you a bad person. You both just made an error in judgement.
