Get rid of pimples for good? That's really hard to achieve..
But here are some simple steps to take:

Watch your diet / food intake. Oily and spicy food encourages pimple growth on the face for some people.

Drink lots and lots of water everyday.

Do a face wash (cleanse, moisturize, tone, etc) two to three times a day. Make sure the right facial care products are used for your type of skin.

See a reliable skin specialist. Apply the prescribed medications as adviced by the specialist.

Have frequent visits to the facial treatment centre. This will help maintain the right facial condition for your skin.

Above all, don't use the tip of your fingers / fingernails to touch and mess with the pimples. It'll only get worser.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

Anyone looking for a quick fix solution to acne, for a magic bullet, acne pills, acne freedom in 3 days hyped up programs is looking to be told fairy-tales. Also, don't ever take the Proactive route, it's just a temporary solution and in time it will make your acne worse.

To permanently get rid of acne you should fix the internal problem that's causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms. Read Mike Walden's "Acne No More" ( you can find the book in electronic format, PDF, here: http://www.acnenomore.link ). This is a permanent solution to acne and it helped over 130.000 people get rid of their acne for good.

Stop paying each month good money on drugs, creams and oils. This is exactly what the pharmaceutical industry wants you to do! They want to milk money from you each month.

First, try clean and clear brand or Neutrogena. Buy a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. Clean, tone, moisturize, morning and night. Get benzoyl cream such as Neutrogenas 'On-the-spot' acne treatment, for when pimples pop up. If this doesn't work, go to a dermatologist. You may have some serious acne.

It seems that you have severe acne.

Severe Acne

If acne becomes severe, it may take a long time to heal. This severity of acne also causes deep abscesses and scars after healing. The main and severe form of acne vulgaris is known as acne conglobata. In acne conglobata, infected nodules form around comedones. The nodules become more inflamed and spread deep inside. As they burst, they leave deep scars. Blackheads are very common in this acne. It can form on trunk, buttocks, face, etc. The treatment of acne conglobata is commonly done with isotretinoin.

Other severe types are acne fulminans and gram-negative folliculitis. If acne suddenly flares up causing inflammation, ulcers, and fever, it is called as acne fulminans. This is generally treated with steroids.

Gram-negative folliculitis is a severe form of folliculitis that damages the hair follicle and infects the pore. Isotretinoin is the treatment of choice for this. Any acne that keeps flaring up instead of settling down can become severe acne. Such acne forms deep scars, infects the skin and causes inflammation. You should be under the care of a doctor if you have severe acne.

Get a good skincare system of cleanse, tone, moisturise. A good brand that is highly recommended is Artistry. It's top quality skincare. Moreover, there's a money-back guarantee. You can return it to get your money back if it doesn't work. It's that good!
Also, get the blemish control gel too. The clarifying system would be good for you. I hope it helps you. I know my wish for a clear clean complexion came true!

Usually messing with them too much causes problems. If you pick at them with dirty fingernails that's bad. I used to heat up a pan of water and put my face over it with a towel over my head. This would open up the pores. Then I'd use this stuff, called a mask, that would harden and clean them out. Then I'd put a mild astringent, witch hazel I think it's called. Use mild soap and don't wash too often. Althhough it's tempting to squeeze them, it's best to avoid that.

My cousin had the same problem and went to see a dermatologist. She is beautiful now that she has used the medication she was prescribed from these miracle doctors. She has way more confidence and will never look back. No over the counter medicine works. Your best bet is to see a specialist.
