Even just hair parted on the side and slicked back smoothly into a bun would work for 1930's. Make the brows narrow and extra long, and do very matte makeup (they didn't have a lot of sparkly makeup) with darker lips and long eyelashes. Carry a cigarette holder and think glamorous. :)

Just put in your browser: 1930s hair styles and there will be several links and several hair styles. You can tell the kind of makeup used on the hair style models.

You could probably look for some old style in an old magazine at a public library or browse through the Internet for the style or makeup you want or go to beauty saloon to get what you want.

With your hair down. Take the all the hair from your ears up and pull it back and twist it and push it up, hair spray it and pin it. Leave the rest down and maybe flip out the ends
