No it's not possible because sex always changes things. You'll never view each other the same and it can either get worse or better. Because one of you may view each other differently after that and a majority of the time it always happens. Trust me I've been there and you think that it won't until it happens. Me and my friend don't even really talk like that anymore and I miss talking to him about any and every thing. But in the end you're going to do what you want to do for you. And I hope that whatever decision you make makes you happy and that you won't have any regrets. Basically what I'm trying to say is that if you have doubts (which obviously you do because if you didn't you wouldn't be asking this question) then don't do it cause its your conscience tryna tell you something.

If I didn't do the same thing I would have said no, but now I would say yes you can have sex withou risking your friendship as long as you both now its sex without strings and because you have to urge to have sex, and after that know that you can't expect anything form each other and that the friendship stays as it was before anything happened...

Depends on how close you are and the stuff that you've been through together. What happens when you friendship becomes one filled with only sex and you stop talking the way you used to unless you become a couple which will compromise you if the relationship does not work. There is so much that goes on it is hard to say. But the decision still rests with you.

No, sex changes everything. Just ask urself how much ur friendship is worth? If it's nothing, then ride on but if u still want to have that good, trusting, ask without hesitating friendship, DON'T DO IT! Speaking from experience here. Things eventually get quite awkward when u start seeing other people.

no way. unless both of you have a different definition of friendship. just to share with you, in high school, my best friend was a guy who i had very strong feelings for and kept it a secret and it was only a couple of months before i got married to my ex-husband that he admitted to me that he had very strong feelings for me but decided not to pursue because he has so much respect to our friendship that he did not want to risk it by giving in to what he felt at that time. I admitted to him that i felt the same way too at that time and for the same reason did not insinuate anything to him neither. Today, 35 years later, we are still good friends, and he is happily married , I was too and after my divorce I am now in a relationship and we do not regret our decision of having chosen the friendship over physical attraction.

Well anything's possible. Those are pretty much"friends with benefits". alot of people have them, but sometimes it can be pretty awkward after and possibly change your friendship. In some cases it brings them closer and they end up in a relationship. Good Luck!

If you start out your friendship with sex it seems to work but if you try to change from a platonic friendship to a sexual one it just doesn't seem to work. At least not for me and not for most of the people I know.

Well yes and no you have to make sure you keep your friendship different from the sexual relationship and u have to have the understanding that this is sex and not to get it confused with your feelings and especially with love.

sex by yourself is the only solution. Why do a friend? abstinece til marriage is the right way. OK OK OK how good looking is your friend. If thier is some friend you are attracted to then don't blow it just do it. By the way I have done this and have never stayed in touch and still have no regrets we are not here for a long time we are here for a good time

Without a doubt. I have several friends I've had sex with without a problem. Hell, we've been closer friends since having sex then we were before.
