I'm always angry... especially lately... what do I do? I feel like I'm going crazy, it takes everything in me not to beat the first person who gives me the least bit of trouble, and I have no clue as to why. I just want to scream, and break things, and kick things and... well you get the picture... but, I can't. WHAT DO I DO?? Why do I constantly feel this way... could it be that I am one to bottle up my emotions just because I don't have the time to deal with them? Any advice would probably help, I'm on the verge of a complete break down... so I'm desperate.

SERIOUS answers only please...

I've been to counseling, with several different counselers, and it has yet to help... I journal and write a lot but, I still find myself extremely angry.

Maybe you should take up kick boxing or something. So you can beat people up and get rewarded for it. It might be a great way to releive your stress... I've been thinking about doing that myself... I just don't have the money.... :(

And falling in love will NOT solve your problem........ In fact it will only cause MORE stress!!!!!!!!!!!! GRRRR!!!!!!!! AAAAAAGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! That's the reason I want to take up kick boxing in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, you sound exactly like I did at one time. Do you also get unnecessarily jealous?
These symptoms COULD be a sign of depression. I dealt with it for a long time, much like you do now. My doctor prescribed me antidepressants and it's like I'm a new person. I still feel a little ire every now and then, but I'm not miserable all the time. And my doctor said that is actually a good thing, to get angry now again--it's normal.

You need to consult a Clinical Psychiatrist and must treated with drugs.

Drugs you may benefit from include Fluoxetine and Mirtazapine. These drugs take 3 - 12 weeks to show the result. You can temporarily use some anxiolytics like Valium.

People with some disorders like Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety and OCD may behave this way.

See the doctor before you break up something precious.

Take some time off work, get away. Just pack up and go to a little resort, lodge whatever, just a different environment. Spend it relaxing, and being physically active. it would also help to talk to a friend, not just when you feel mad, but even just casual conversation. Just let things slow down a little, and hopefully you'll soon be ready to get back to the daily routine in much better spirits.

go to a naturopath and get yourself tested for food allergies. For example, some people have the reaction of anger which is a pepper allergy. Maybe you could start looking for some patterns with food or places (environmental allergies)

Otherwise - counseling is always a good idea

ME Too! It seems most of the time, I'm B______. I have to admitt, I try to do things on the computer which are way beyond my present computer knowledge.
Now - you- Just examine, when, what, who, and why,------ and maybe much of the time, there's a reason. Also, don't be so hard on yourself. Life isn't so wonderful, happy-happy every minute of every day! Try- the simple things- proper diet, vitamins, medication (if needed), water and plenty of rest. OH Yeah - don't forget about the fun-thing!

Learn some breathing and walk-away techniques. You have apparently been able to identify when you're going to snap, so before you get to that point, say "I need to walk away now."

Why are you so angry? That's the question you should ask yourself. What has happened lately to make you so on edge?

Go see your doctor, or call your local hotline and get some assistance. Feel free to email me if you need to vent.

You are having negative thinking, but what is making you angry? You are focusing in (zeroing in) on those people who give you trouble. If you are bottling up your angry feelings, that could be resulting in your inner destructive streak. Try to hold it together!

i'd advise you to try anger management counselling.
alternatively you coul find a way to channel your anger passively through a hobby or working out eg jogging, cycling
yoga and meditation would also help

all the best
