Occationally with uncontrollable spasm of my entire body. I have seen my Doctor and he has ordered tests (he suggested it may be menopause), but I'm concerned and wondering what the diagnosis may be. Any ideas?

Could be a number of things but the first thing I thought of is your blood pressure or your carotid arteries. Your blood pressure may be a little high or you have a blockage in the arteries in your neck.
It's really best to wait and see what the test show because you will only think of the worst things and probably be way off base.

does the rushing in your ears sound like a swoosh--swoosh in time with your heart beat? That's a symptom of mitral valve prolapse. Have him listen to your heart real well. I have no idea about the spasm. God bless.

I agree with splinter. Also get checked for high blood pressure. Usually this has no symptoms, so if you do have it your lucky to get some signs.

that's nice. who cares what I think. just kick back and enjoy it - it's a way for you to miss work or get others to do things for you.
