I get the same exact thing and it is annoying! Sounds like a sort of migrain caused by food allergies or possibly hormones, I just started getting them in the last 3 years. They usually last 2-4 days. They are worse before my period also. None of the over the counter pills work but they help a little. I do Motrin and Tylenol together along w/natural herbs like ginkgo, cayenne, cinnamon, garlic, chamomile, peppermint. Alot of herbal teas like Celestial Seasonings Tension Tamer is great and have alot of those ingredients. I get that and make it strong with other added spices or herbs. One day I was so frustrated I went to my spice cabinet and mixed this stuff up in water, it tasted awful but it worked. Taking a warm bath and propping your legs up helps along with messaging your head and neck in a dim or dark, quiet bathroom. Think happy thoughts, go to a happy place like Happy Gilmore.

Allergy foods to avoid: Foods containing the amino acid tyramine, like aged or hard cheeses, wine, alcohol, gluten, sauerkraut, avocados, sardines, soy sauce, dried meats, fava beans, lima beans, chocolate. Having low blood sugar. I would also limit caffeine and go to a professional at a herbal store. You can also go to the regular doctor and they will probably give you some pain pills that make you sleepy. Midrin was perscribed to me and it was not as effective as what I do. I know they have stronger pills but I like to do it my way. I take a GNC or Vitamin World women's multi vitamins too.

Perhaps you have a sinus infection. You may be developing migraine headaches-they can last for days and common headache tablets do not take away the pain. Are you having any scary symptoms like dizziness, blurred vision, confusion? You'll have to see a doctor.

many things can cause headaches, diet for one
Take a hot bath, or just put your feet in hot water , shower and let hot water run on your head, where the heat goes the blood will go the feet will take blood from the head, and vice versa, biofeedback,, don't take to many over the counter drugs, they can cause it to get worse. I feel for ya
