My favorite dog is the Pomeranian --I have had Poms for the past 15 years. They are smart and very alert to their owners. They are one of the small breeds that are not nervous and love children.
My favorite large breed is the Husky--wonderful dogs and smart.
I always have a rescued mixed breed as well and they are also at the top of my list. They seem to know they have been rescued and become the most loyal of friends.

West Highland White Terrier, Scottish Terrier, Schnauzer esp the giant ones :) I'm a terrier freak, but there are so many other breeds i like; Pugs, Spaniels, Samoyed. I like most dogs, i just don't like the fru fru lap-dog type like lhaso apso, bichon frise, minature poodles, chihuahua, ect

You mean there is more than one breed? Ok, I am very biased. The only dog for me is the beautiful German Shepherd. They are so loyal, totally loving and faithful beyond understanding. I could go on and on, but then I am rather biased. (Just a little tiny bit)

Have never had a dog so I would have to start off small and say a chihuahua! I am really small myself so a small dog would be about all I can handle.
I have always loved how cute boxers faces are, the big eyes and cheeks, they are really cute. My other half wants a staffordshire terrier, but they scare me.

Any of the German breeds, they are the most loyal and intelligent dogs out there. Not to mention athletic, very trainable, and protective of family. Out of the German breeds, the doberman pincher is my favorite.

It has got to be a Beagle (how many other dogs shot down the red Baron). Beagles are also the #5most popular dog in the US.
