If you mean a **** movie the answer is no. Don't get me wrong, my wife and I love adult movies.
But this is the main deciding factor.
1) TV networks did not pay to put the satelites in space, the American Tax Payer.
2) Since we vote, and satelites are owned by the government (the people) than the FCC has the right to bar programing.
3) It is not determined by the freedom of speech, but rather property ownership. The people own the satelites and the frequencies. Televsion and Radio companies merely by a license to use the system.Only way to change this is to vote different people into office.
4) They have made laws governing this. So we have to follow the law.

No, as the fundamental rights are given by constitution to all the people & not only to the adults ( who are of age 18 years & above). The viewers on TV are mainly the persons living in their homes with family & children. As the things will be shown on TV, the same impression will be set up in the young minds who donot have their own capacity to judge on Plus & minus points. So to keep the young brains to develop in a healthy environment, who are future of the country, it is advisable not to show the things on a media which is easily accesible to people of all the ages.

When you are talking about "rights of the people" try to imagine an ordinary coin. That coin has BOTH a head and a tail like every right given to us. If one side wants to do something there can be another side that does not.
If you want to see adult movies. you can see all you want to see so long as you do not force ( and when you use public television you are forcing others to see something) others to see your adult movie. Their right NOT TO SEE is equal to your right TO SEE
Buy a private line and one can see anything.

People have wrong notions about fundamental rights. Is it anybody's case that he/she has a fundamental right to see adult content on TV? Its about time people started talking about fundamental duties.

Don't get too American. Just understand that we are a poor country and one can not upset our ecosystem in the name of freedom of speech etc. We must live by respecting the sentiments and culture.

Yes but it has been over shadowed by several laws congesting the system that you will never see your day in court. Of Course not Moron. Do you want your kids seeing or hearing them?

***** adult men complained about almost seeing Janet Jackson's right nipple at the Super Bowl. You can't get more idiotic than that reaction. 'It is a family entertainment' The sport is about violonce and strategy.

It wouldn't surprise me. But the legal system in this country has always played fast & loose with our laws anyway- so the point is pretty moot.
