three ways...like everyone else answered here find a cop bar and look for the dudes w/ short hair, that's a great one.
also, when you see a copper running radar you can pull up and ask for directions...even if you know where you're going...be just a little flirty!
or...and I dont recommend this one but it works...go to the local mall or shopping area in the eveing past 3, the younger coppers work the latter shifts but if you're into the geritol crowd try the morning...call the police and ask them if they could send an officer to help you unlock your car because you have accidently left your keys in your car....then lock your keys in your car and wait...i say this cause some depts dont do lock outs anymore...and when he arrives be a little flirty.
If the officer you are flirting with has a girlfriend or wife say to him all the good ones are taken and ask if he knows any good single officers....i'm sure he will have more than one in mind to hook you up with.
one last thing OFFER YOUR number to the officer if you're interested in him dont wait on him to ask because most departments have rules against officers doing this and some shy away from this in fear of reading a woman wrong..upsetting her and her filing a complaint of sexual harassment on him. I wished you lived in my city! =-)

Hmm .. well that is a tough one. Needless to say there isn't a Cops R Us shop around. The only thing I can really come up with, would be getting a job @ the station. You will be around them all the time .. or go to a police fund where they are raising money. Needless to say, if you are just interested in the uniform (uniform chasers is what we call them), it doesn't define the person.

See cops dont mingle with regular people, there are "cop bars", because, and i know this personally, when the shield comes off, they are regular people and so they can be assaulted without consequence. I've whacked a cop before, he was on duty but in the wrong jurisdiction. I saw him later that day in his town, and he couldn't do anything about it. so ask a lady cop where the boys play.

Try the nearest bar to the police station. They'll probably be there after they are off-duty, and they'll be in a relaxed environment.

Look for anyone in a uniform, with a holster, or with a buzz cut.
