some folks cant eat them but I think they are great. sliced, or mixed with onions and tomatos in a vinnigrette, or on a sandwich with swiss and avacodo, or bacon

I love them to!
Sour cream cucumbers are good
* to 3 cucumbers, thinly sliced
* 1/3 cup sour cream
* 1 tablespoon vinegar
* pepper
* 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill
PREPARATION:
Arrange cucumber slices in a serving bowl, sprinkling layers with salt. Place a saucer or other weight on cucumbers to weigh down. Cover and let stand for several hours. Pour off cucumber juices. Combine sour cream, vinegar, pepper to taste, and chopped dill; add to cucumbers.

Agreed they are good - ever had benedictine? Sounds gross, but it's cream cheese, cucumber juice, onion and maybe a few other seasonings. Nice spread on a sandwich - often served with bacon on it. Oops - I forgot - green food coloring. That's probably the part that grosses people out, and really, benedictine does sound like medication, doesn't it?

Yes I love them. Try this recipe.
Cut the cucumbers in thin slices, put all of them in a bowl of scrambled eggs (2).
Heat up the pan, put oil, garlic and dried shrimps. Fry til fragrant. Pour the eggs & cucumber into the pan.
That's it. So simple and nice to eat...
