Has anyone been down this track. Coconut oil is claimed to help boost metabolism and energy levels. What are some of your experiences.

baby the word coconut shouldn't even be in the same sentence as weight loss and this is so for real it is the most fatting thing on this earth other then big macs and being lazy it is also suggested for young men in school who want to play football but are underweight and also just FYI nothing can speed up your metabolism this is something people say to sale products but unfortunetly it isn't true the one that you are born with will be the one that you die with products that claim to do so just give you spurts of energy to make you think wow my metabolism has sped up and this isn't the case if it was big people would be able to sit down and eat an entire buffet and not gain weight like people with high metabolism and there isn't a pill out there that can do that if so gastricbypass wouldn't be so high to do and so popular so don't but that garbage if you want to loose weight eat things like lettuce in salad or whatever it doesn't have to be a spelcial amount or anything b/c it is ruffage and it will tear up your stomach I know it sounds nasty but diet pills that are all natural all they do is make you poop and that is how you loose weight that you don't need and if you are a women and your have cellulite this is a secret not to many people know eat fiber cereal fiber natural attacks cellulite and eats it up you can be 400 lbs if you wat fiber cereal you will still be very large but the back of your legs will be very smooth with no dents and that is about all I can think of and if there is any more food that you eat or anything to drink that doesn't agree with you eat lots of it when your at home so you and the porceline king can have some alone time lol but this is the most natural way you don't have to spend money on diet pills or anything crazy and you don't have to eat anything special just the stuff that doesn't like you Good Luck
