Being a military spouse it is hard to recognize that you are still a civilian because what we do reflects on our husbands, but we are civilians. Honestly, I can't stand army wives....that's how most of them act and I have only "civilian" friends. The wives are prone to use their husbands rank to justify them being mean to you or trying to order you around, which is completely wrong to do. Your friend sounds like an ignorant pain and I would tell her that. She has no idea what she's talking about and sounds like the typical army wives I have met and want nothing to do with. She will soon find out that she will hate the military lifestyle and how it changes a person and their opinions.

Wives are not such mysteries as they claim to be or are made out to be.Basically since they are women--and women have a hidden gear rod also--they can be brought round to reveal what they never meant to through a multi pronged approach---a billing and cooing session preferably with a bottle of beer.U see they get uninhibited once the single peg goes in!!.Dont deify them under any circumstances,please.

Just be there for her. Listen to her. Compliment her. Even cook for her. But you will never understand her mentality. Do you know about all the hormonal changes women go through, learn about that.
