NO, or at least it keeps you to what humans consider a normal size.
NO, your eyesight should be fine, blindness is caused by lack of sex.
As often as you can find a comfortable place to do it out of the public eye.
If you really are an 18 year old boy (man), perhaps you should be more concerned about your education (and/or IQ) than your heighth.
