Dear Poppie,
When you are taken meds you hope they will be a fix all. They are not. You need to tell the doctor that prescribed them to you the feelings you are having. I have dealt with this for years. I found out something that has worked very well for me. Take B complex vitamins. Depressed people have very low levels of B-complex in the system. Get 15 minutes of sunshine minimum a day. Bright lighting or tanning bed(in very small doses) works well during cloudy or rainy days or when weather is bad. Eat well. Not much sugar and junk foods. Exercise for 20 minutes a day. Walk, jog in place, gym, swim, ride a bike, sports just do it! Continue with what the doctor says to do but try these things after asking the Doc. He will say go for it!

Your doctor is there to help you. If you don't feel that the medication is helping I would ask him about because thats what he is there for if you don't tell him then he can't help you.
