call her and try to have a good conversation , pay attention on the way she acts when she is around you and if you sense it ....go ahead ask her ....but if she is only polite and a little bet distance just leave things for later on or maybe never ...it's so easy to ask someone out but it's so hard to get over when they refused...so follow the signals and go for it if there's any ok

tell her directly. be nice & assure her safety with your company. you can also invite her bestfriend to come along. she will definitely appreciate the gesture. it will be easier next time to ask her out without a chaperon.

you gotta start a conversation with her to start of with. get a feel for who she is and what she likes. then suggest to her that you would like to hang out with her someitime. try and get her number, then message or call her to set it up. easy dude, goodluck

introduce yourself, tell you are interested in knowing her and that you would like a chance to get to know her. then exchange numbers. could just be friends or you might have chemistry.
