In addition to soaking in a warm hot tub or jacuzzi bathtub, make sure your drink a recovery drink like Hammer Nutrition's Recoverite. If you do not replenish the minerals, protein and electrolytes in your body, all of the massages and soaking in the world won't help much.

If you are speaking of muscle soreness, soak in a warm tub bath then have some warm oil massage (use brand like Elite refreshing oil).
If you are speaking of chaffing, keep area clean and dry, apply some antiseptic healing ointment (use brand like Brave soldier), and try not to ride for 1-2 days. That's the only way it would heal. Then everytime you will ride, apply some anti-chaffing skin protectant to the area.
Have fun riding!
