Yes the aerobics will help lose weight.Even if you take little steps at first. Like park your car as far as can when you are shopping. Take the stairs instead of the elevator when ever possible. Cardio work out is the best at least 30 minutes a day and eat smaller position at the table. Eat more but make a health sank such as apple, banana, yogurt. Make sure you drink a lot more water. Stretch before getting active. Talk to your doctor as well.Remember if there is pain then you need to quite the exercise that you are doing because you are not doing something right. Good Luck!

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Everyone knows why we are over weight, how we should lose excess fat and what we should eat/do to remain healthy!

We all learned that we MUST drink 8 glasses of water everyday!

We all know that if we do not put it into our mouths, it is impossible to gain weight, too, if we go an extended period of time, we will defiantly lose weight.

You do not gain weight over night and nature will not let you lose weight over night! Everyone knows that for the most part, Americans eat a very poor diet, and we eat all day long! Add the fact that when it comes to meaningful motion - that is tabo!

Losing weight meaningfully means CHANGING YOUR LIFESTYLE! Get off the canned, boxed, fast food, all day snack, sweets diet and eat what nature provided for humans to eat:
Fresh Dark Green vegetables, fresh fruit, (not frozen or canned),
fresh fish, red meat and some whole grain! Every thing that grows under the ground is good for you!

Unless you work on a farm, keep your calories under 2000 per day, 1200 if all you do is ride to work and watch TV at night!

Everything that we all learned in school before the 11 grade.

The most effective way to increase metabolism, shrink fat cells, increase muscle and to lose weight is to lift weights. Any aerobic exercise is a bonus.

If your metabolism is 25% effective, consistent weight training will raise that and keep it raised. When you do aerobic exercise or cardio, your metabolism will increase for a few hours helping to burn calories during that time. It is clearly beneficial but not as long lasting and helpful as weight training.

Aerobics would defnitely help you loose weight if done properly with a fitness trainer. Along with aerobics, you will have to watch your diet constantly and have a check on your weight every week.

It's spelled WEIGHT. Yes, aerobic exercise burns calories. So does anaerobic exercise. All activity does.
