You can't go wrong w/ flowers. All women love flowers! Depending how long you have been seeing this gf &, how you feel about her. If yer serious, a doz of long stemed red roses. Will give you many brownie points. Casual dating, a mixed boquet in a vase. By all means have them delivered to her job...women eat that up!

3 months is new - don't go crazy and get her tweaked. Show thought and find something she would not buy for herself normally but would love to have. It could be something simple. Too new for jewelry. Dont forget the romantic dinner or picnic - always a requirement.

well.... i seriously suggest that you get her something that she's not expecting.. A gift means a lot when the person who's giving it has put in a lot of thought into it. Do not give her something that she knows she might get. surprise her. get her something that'll remind her of you. And importantly, do not give her just one gift. make it a series of gifts throughout the day. send her roses in the morning. take her out to lunch in the afternoon. give her the special gift in the evening.
Keep her whole day exciting.. that's the way to do it.. make her feel special. she should never know what you're gonna do next.

I suggest you search for a vintage book of some kind,
choose something she would love.
Also, with the book, a long-stemmed rose of good quality
and unique color.
Do this and you'll melt her heart!!
p.s. of course do this at dinner at a special restaurant.

be romantic, flowers and chocolates work ok but try step it up more... dinner and a movie or a walk on the beach followed by taking her home and having rose pettles on her bed, the stuff in movies arent there just to make girls go "i want a guy like that"... be that guy

get her a soft & cozy blanket (that she can wrap up in when you're not there to keep her warm... she'll think of YOU every time she uses it...) and, a nice wicker picnic basket, loaded w/ her favorite foods, flowers, a camera, her favorite cd and dvd-romantic comedy...) then take her on a wonderfully romantic picnic. Trust me. You will be reaping the benifits for days...weeks...months... ;)

You could write her a mini book.
You could get her something totally unrelated to reading and books. Like a gift certificate for a manicure or pedicure (GIRLS ADORE THAT!) Or a gift certificate for a massage. Or get her a cute bracelet or something?
