calories? Or is it a total of 200g with 100g calories from fat?

first, it's not 200g cal. it's just 200 cal.

and if something has 200 Cal and 100 Fat. Cal

that means that 50% of the Calories are created from fat and the other 50% from other things.

It would not say 200 grams of calories, that has no meaning. Calorie is an energy measurement, it does not have mass. A gram of fat has 8 calories so 100 grams of fat is 800 calories. If it says 200 total calories and 100 calories from fat than it has 200 calories and 50% of those are fat (100 calories from fat).
