I know that I have heard some of the reasons for why people believe that if there is a God, why is there so much pain in this world?? I have my own answer for this question, but I want to hear the opinions of regular people instead of the opinions of scholars. Please don't give any rude answers, I just want answers that you truly mean.

The 'appearance' of 'all this pain' is a lack of perspective on the part of humans, but one which is understandable. We can only view the world from our own persective, and it is difficult to see the real scale of eternity.

Face it, no amount of pain felt in a single life on this earth means anything, when compared to the 'forever' on the other side.

The best example I can give would be the way a small child feels when he gets an innoculation. Rage, confusion, the conviction that your parents have betrayed you. But the parent knows, even as it tears their heart up to see their child cry, that this shot will protect their child from horrible diseases, like Polio, Small Pox, or any number of diseases.

Much like that small child, we humans look at what god (or whoever) has wrought, and as 'why all the pain in this world', but there is simply no way to explain. We just have to hope they will understand when they grow up.

that could want to be undesirable... i'm in basic terms taking a shot contained in the darkish the following and saying that child-beginning is painful it really is a reason some human beings provide up at 2 or 3 childrens yet when it develop into painless the international might want to get freakishly over populated because females might want to be popping out toddlers like no individual's organization. =/ I do in basic terms not imagine it would want to be worth living if each and every thing develop into sturdy each and every of the time, shall we take issues with no interest because we do not have experience the undesirable side of issues.

If there was no pain, would we ever make a change? If we did not recognize suffering or experience it, would be able to help someone who is in pain? We are Spiritual beings born into a fleshly confinement that is meant to only last for a season, therefore it has to know pain and degeneration or it would not die away. When we know pain, then we'll make changes and that is how we become aware of our Spiritual nature and need for Christ Jesus, the only begotten son of God.

Well Scarlet there is pain in this world because man is greedy. This world is based off of money. There can be cures made for cancer, but it's more profitable to make drugs that only fight it, the same goes for all other deseases aswell. Same with Us burning oil as fuel when we obviously have the technological advances to use other things, The world is run by greedy men who live for money and they keep the world this way to fill their pockets. I hope this helped

here is my answer to that.
people have feeling, all people do. only some are empathic. they know how to put themselves in the shoes of others and there for do not as a rule do something that causes pain for others.
then you throw in the mix people that do not really care about what others think or feel they just want what they want.
then you throw in the people that don't care how they get what they want they just take what they want in any fashion that will get them what ever it is the fastest way they can.

the bottom line is this:
it takes all kinds of people to make up a society. remember the types of people I just mentioned. put them in one place and call it a world.
have you ever herd the saying it takes all kinds of people to make the world go round?

All goodness comes from God whilst pain is the result of human's greed and inconsideration towards others.

Why all the pain? The first time man sinned against God is the reason we have death, famine, tragedy, etc. Read Genesis...better yet, read the Bible to gain more insight.

What is happening to the world is the results of what people did in his lifetime. War is a product of unsatisfied needs of man for power and fame.
God sometimes creatively uses difficulties to remind us of His presence and to remind the inhabitants of the world to change...to love..to care..to understand..to help..to worship HIm.

there is pain because no matter if there is a god or not, there are human beings, and they are filled with faults, greed is the main cause of the pain of others. each persons greed toward any other person will create pain.

The reason why there is so much pain, sorrow, death and disease in this world is because man has chosen to not allow God to show him the way. We choose to do what we want to do and not what God wants us to do. Sin.
