there this bank teller i been seening from over 2 years we always did small talk, because we met at a store she early worked, after a year/ half I finually did ask her out(so sure), she said no,most hurt. I every felt, (didnt visit her for a year broken comfidence) went back so happy to see me,(we allway when leaving look into each other eyes for 2-3secounds till now )??) but never ask her again (playing safe), after a year, she left,seen her a year later, diffrent branch super happy to see me,told me she only there for a little while,allways glanceing at meand that look (a pout) when iam there,left a week, only to tranfer there to stay,so Im so sure again (idiot) ask her today if she is seening anyone? and she say yes??oooo.....?????not going to see her again, but she a nice girl so the only logic thing is my brain is warped. trying not but ,this girl is going to send me into another tail spin. clearer mind?

Um....wow! Ok....I think you meant something like a girl flirts with you but doesn`t ever go out with you? Jeez, hun....you need some grammar lessons and spelling tutoring. Anyhow, what is happening to you is that she is a tease and is flirting and making you like her so she can mess with your mind. Just dont let it get to you. She`s playing a game with you. Put a stop to it. Don`t buy into it. She doesn`t really like or want you. It probably just makes her feel good to have someone drooling over her. Don`t do it anymore. And for the love of god, please stop asking her out! Just maintain a casual "just friends" relationship with her and consider her off limits for dating. If she flirts like that, so be it. Obviously it means nothing to her and she just likes seeing you all worked up. Let her flirt and just leave it at that.

well be honest about this.

i dont understand girls but they dont like to be lied too, and maybe she thinks your a creep i dont know but if she is in the apropriate age to you and so fourth then i say (if she is not seeing anyone) show your love to her.

ie. next time your in there give her your check and a chocolate bar.

or.

if she is taken, i belive in God and He has a plan for you and i have no doubt taht He has already worked out how this is supposed to go.
