My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

1. Get the meal that you are about to eat. Grab a knife. Cut the meal in half. Drink a big glass of water before you eat the meal. (This goes with all of your meals) You feel hungry, fight the feeling until your stomach changes gears and starts using the stored fat for energy. (This is a God Awful feeling, but goes away.) Drink water at the same time. Eat the other half of your meal 4 hours later. (try to eat every 4 hours, but very light)

2. Do intense cardio (15 Min) light cardio (15 min) 3 days in a row per week. Right after you finish cardio start doing crunches (any kind of crunches)

3. Organize a weight lifting plan 20 Sets 15-25 reps for each body part and add it into your schedule
Chest=20 Sets 15-25 Reps
Back= 20 Sets 15-25 Reps
Shoulders =20 Sets 15-25 Reps
Biceps =20 Sets 15-25 Reps
Triceps= 20 Sets 15-25 Reps
Legs =20 Sets 15-25 Reps
Calves =20 Sets 15-25 Reps

4. Take vitamins as soon as you get up and try to skip or postpone breakfast. Take other diet supplement to heighten your metabolism. ( I Prefer ginseng and green tea)

You'll feel your metabolism changing, getting faster. It is a weird feeling but it is good. The weird thing is that you will be hungry almost all of the day, that's where the purpose of eating small (tiny) meals consistently throughout the day comes in to play.

When you get hungry before bedtime, take a vitamin and go straight to bed, don't even think about eating.

I am telling you from experience, because I have lost and gained an average of 30 lbs constantly. ( I gain the weight out of pleasure of food and laziness, but I lose the weight by going on this routine.)

The whole point of the routine is to burn up more calories than you intake

Track a record on how will you lost those fats. Eat as your normal meals a day (meaning 1 for breakfast, lunch, afternoon delight, dinner). BUT! YOU MUST ALWAYS THINK THAT WHAT YOU EAT MUST BE THROWN OUT BY MEANS OF EXERCISE!. Being responsible of what you eat is the key. Ive try this one out. I ate as I should be, but I exercise for about 2 hours or so (e.g. dancing, walking, running). Anything that makes me sweat. The more you eat, the more and more and more you MUST sweat ^_^.

eat less, exercise more. simply put, if you spend more Calories than you receive (spending=exercise, receiving=eating) you lose weight. consult your physician for exact figures. They can help you design the perfect diet and exercise plan to fit your needs.

Try not to eat so much. Just eat when u are hungry. this is so important that fat people don't know, they get pleasure by eating and try something else that is pleasurable for u.
