I don't expect to win best answer for this one, but I've never quite understood the religion of athiesm.
To me, belief in something you cannot know is a defining characteristic of religion. Christians, along with Muslims, Buddists, Hindus and all the rest have one thing in common. A happy ending for the faithful. I can understand that, even if I can't join in. In a way I envy them, but I am not willing to make that leap myself.
Athiests however have 'faith' in the lack of a happy ending, a devout belief in nothingness. I just don't see the payoff.
face it, it's the near beer of religion, all the nasty after taste, without the buzz.
What's the point?

Maybe the one group who have faith even greater than that of a Christians. One that's totally cool for the teaching of love and peace with no exception whether the other group is of different faith directly opposed to what they stand out for.

NO RELIGION allows one to mock, taunt, or humiliate other religion. when we give such comments we sort of represent our own religion, like what our faith says about others. and we should always respect other faiths. i am a muslim but i never critisize or comment on christians because I DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO THAT.
what if Allah made you a christian or a hindu or a jew and you heard such comments won't you be hurt?
