Well, the largest is, of course, the crater of Mt. Wai'ale'ale at the wailing wall with its waterfalls cascading over 2,000 ft. Located at the center of Kauai, the only way to get there is a fly-by in a helicopter or an all-day hike-in. There is no camping in the park, however, so plan accordingly.

Nice waterfalls in Hilo area.

Over in Kauai there are many small waterfalls, that are just as fun to visit. Take a kayak and paddle up the Wailua River, there's spot there that's great for a picnic, waterfall and a little pool.
