Constant Diarrhea And Gas

You may have picked up an intestinal bug, eaten something that disagrees with you, or you may have a gallbladder problem or lactose intolerance. Gas and diarrhea can come from a great many things, and you don't say whether you have fever or not, or any other symptoms.

Usually stuff like this is self-limited but if it doesn't stop in a day or too you may need to see a doctor. Remember to drink plenty of fluids and stay on clear liquids until things settle down, then gradually start other foods starting with BRATT. (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast and tea.)

This could be caused by MANY things....!st you don't give any indication as to your age. For some nasty reason, once we reach 45-50 something, our eating habits seem to catch up with most of us, and it's time for some "real check-ups" with the Dr.
If this has never happened before, it could just be something new you ate. Some foods are just gassy, and don't agree with our system if we're not used to it, like broccoli, coliflower, sausage, peppers, onions, cabbage, etc..
Some women have this issue just before their period., but it could also be a sign of other stomach problems like acid reflux or the beginning of an ulcer.
It can also be a light case of bad food or food poisioning, or gihardia, which comes from bacteria in the water.
Embarrassing though it is, it's wise to discuss it with other family members if possible, then a family dr.
hope that helped.

It could just be your diet--but if you have this problem all the time it would be Irritable Bowel Syndrome or even C. diff, a bacterial infestation that can take over the intestines after a bout of antibiotics. See a doc. to be sure.

Could be something you ate or a viral thing. Drink lots of fluids, and eat the B.R.A.T. Diet ( bananas, rice, apples, toast) If it continues more than a day or so, go to the Doctor, but as long as you keep your fluid intake up, you shouldn't get dehydrated..Feel better soon...

If you've just had it for the day, it's from what you have eaten last night. Just drink plenty of fluids so you won't dehydrate. You can always count on the old "pink stuff", Pepto Bismol, if it continues. If that doesn't help any, call your doctor. I hope this helps.

Did you eat a lot of raw vegetables today? Or rich dairy and stuff?

Were you drinking a lot of milk? You may be lactose intolerant.
