He told me that he had "a really great time" and now when I email him or leave a message on his phone (which has only been a few times) he doesn't return the calls or emails. Yet he comes up and talks to me at work when he sees me and acts like everything is fine and that he's still interested.

The thing is you can't make him ask you out again. You've already done enough, the ball's in his court. If he doesn't take the bait I'd say he's not interested. Sorry ):

Meet him outside of work. Ask him if he got your e-mails? He may have had a good time with you, but that may be all he wanted. Do you both work together at the same place? Is he being pressured not to see you again socially? Lot of possibilities that you will have to look into.

its not a bad thing to make the move sometimes.. i mean if you are really feeling the guy and he is being to shy then make the first move he will really dig that you are stepping up to the plate and then he will take it over from there!! DOnt be a chicken!

Just say this. "When are we going out again".
You will get a read on his body language to find out if he just wants tobe friends or is truly interested in dating you.
