I believe what the bible has to say in Revelation which is, at some point in time, yes, the earth as it is now will no longer exist. Revelation tells us there will be a new heaven and a new earth. When this will happen, I don't know. There are quite a few other things that will come to pass before this.

Since about everything ends at some point and can't last forever, then yup it's headed there...though granted we will likely end sooner then the planet which might still be sitting here a billion years from now.

The Bible says that the world will end as it did in the days of Noah. Upon consideration of this, we see that the literal earth was still there but only the humans that followed God's direction survived. Nothing that was man-made survived unless God had directed the making of it. I believe the Bible.

Nothing lasts forever in this physical world. Eventually we all die, even our planet and sun and galaxy. I don't know when or how and I'm not too worried about it. I concentrate on the things I CAN control and trust God to end the world as He sees fit.

Certainly.
If you're a believer you have God's Word of His return.
If you're not the scientists tell us, eventually, the sun will super-nova and turn this planet into a charcoal briquette just before complete annihilation.

Do you mean humanity or the world as a planet.
In either case, yes, sometime that cant be foretold as there seem to be so many factors that at a turn can make life impossible on earth. Unseen asteroids, nuclear fall out, sudden pandamic etc. So far so good?

I believe that the world is coming to an end because it's in the Bible. We just don't know when, but He tells us to be prepared.

no.
Through history, any major event was interpreted as a sign of the bible prophecies.
Several books were written to demonstrate that the "catastrophic" 2k millennium bug was a bible prophecy.
According to the first Christians, Jesus was supposed to return anytime back then (because of the "immoral" new generation).
no.
