Ok well me and my gf where hanging out with friends watching a movie. Since it was my gfs house we took the big couch and during the movie my gf went to go get a blanket. So we pulled the blanket over us and we started making out and fooling around and they didnt notice anything till she started moaning cuz yeah doing something with my hands. So they all looked up and then looked away. So was it wrong? and we are in high school.

It's only wrong because it's inconsiderate of your friends, and potentially your girlfriend, who would probably be made uncomfortable by it. The reasons for this are complicated.

To a reluctant participant, public displays of affection (PDA) that go overboard can feel like you're doing it as a show for others. No girl wants to feel like you're using her to earn kudos from your friends. Moreover, seeing people messing around can be sexually arousing, and your GF probably doesn't want to feel like a soft-core porn performer. She wants your making out to be about you and her; not about you, her and an audience which may be getting off on watching.

To the friends in the room who are uncomfortable, it can seem like you're doing a show as a way of bragging. Like "look what I got and you dont!" That can make people resentful and jealous. People will further resent your lack of class and tact as evidenced by your indifference to their sensibilities. Some people are viscerally disgusted by PDA, an irrational response considering it's expression of love, which should hardly be faulted on its merits.

My real answer is that no, at its core there's nothing wrong with PDA, but knowing that a lot of people are uncomtortable with it, you should realize that and take care not to offend. I think if people were more secure in themselves they wouldn't be uncomfortable with it, but that's human nature and isn't likely to change.

no,its totally not wrong. A little publicity is fine. You can tell that u really like her and besides they're friends. Just don't drive her nuts with your charms in front of everyone.little tip:next time stick to the making out and her not moaning.

Its not wrong to do that its just wrong to do it in front of friends. Personally i think that that should be kept in the personal confinement between you and your gf. That's not including the front room with all of her friends. Its so stereotypical but get a room! lol

Dude, uncool. Take it to another room. Unless you take the blanket off and share with everyone. Otherwise, you're being an ***.

more than any thing i think it is rude to make out like that. A quick kiss when you meet or some thing like that is OK.. but if she was moaning.. you were doing something ...I Think that you should not be doing...
RUDE....Oh YES

Yes it is wrong. It is rude to your guests and disrespectful to your girlfriend. Have some restraint. Remember, no one likes PDAs and as long as there are other people there, it is public.

No, but next time charge admission.

Oh yeah, if your gf gets pregnent you don't have to marry her...she has no self respect.

Have alittle class for yourself and respect for your girlfriend. There's a time and place for everything.
