Buy a product called Go-Jo or Goop. This will definately get it out. You will then need to wash again with soap and/or shampoo. Careful not to get it in the eyes.

Head and Shoulders shampoo, use it on your sons body also, or you could use Dawn Dish soap, it works wonders. My uncle was a car mechanic and was always getting grease and oil all over him...also that is also an assault if you want to go down that road,,, good luck....

I agree with the others that Dawn is a good degreaser, but I would suggest baking soda also. Pour baking soda onto skin and hair let stand for a couple minutes, wash off with Dawn, be sure to condition his hair. Next, mix baking soda with shampoo and shampoo his hair again, hopefully this will do it.
Good Luck.

Dawn dish soap! This is also great for people that have extremely oily hair, or for pre-treating a grease stain on clothes before throwing in the washing machine.

Dish soap, such as Dawn dishwashing liquid, is a degreaser that is safe to use and very effective. During oil spills, they use it to degrease wildlife caught in the mess. I also used it two months ago after an accident changing my car's oil.

yeah. pure dishsoap. gojo works good and i think i could sugest that you stay away from sented things as it doesn't work as well

But, keep in mind any type of soap is designed to stick to the grease and to the water, so a few good showers can even remove it too.

or if your not into that kinda thing then you can always rub it off with water+sand but that takes longer and sometimes still leaves a residue. i would only suggest this is your in a tight situation (i.e. desert road kinda thing) but it works well.

My son dumped motor oil on my babys head once. I had to wash it 4 times with liquid dishsoap to get it all out. Hope this helps.

My husband said use GoJo, you can get at a hardware store like Lowe's....he said it should take just about anything off. Poor thing, hope your child is ok. Good luck

It sounds strange but use dish soap. It will cut the oil and won't hurt his skin.
