always those are my menu.is it increase fat in body or is good?

All these things sound very healthy and slimming although it all depends how you are preparing them...you should be grilling chicken breasts and fish and steaming veges....also brown rice is healthiest. You sound like you're on the right track though. Fruit juices have alot of sugar so be careful not to drink them in excess...try to drink alot of water or green tea....good luck sweety xx

rice does - chicken without the 'skin' does not - Rabbit is delicious and less fat than chicken. Fish is the best - Salmon hhas omega fat better for y/cholesterol. Juices 'WATCH IT" they all have a lot of sugar and carbos
